Whether you're a Campaign Creator starting the journey or a Campaign Participant helping it grow, these Terms of Service ("Terms") guide your experience. 1. Who You Are

Campaign Creators: You design and launch campaigns. Log in with Twitter (X) using read-only access to manage your projects.
Campaign Participants: You bring campaigns to the world. Log in with Twitter (X) (read-only access), and grant read/write access to join campaigns and let us post for you.
Everyone logs in with Twitter (X) read permissions. Participants, you'll need to allow read/write access to take part.

2. What We Do

For Creators: You provide campaign details—name, description, content, images, tags, hashtags, start/end dates—and we give you tools to create and monitor it. To start a campaign, pay 1 USDC and commit a minimum of undefined MODUL tokens for rewards. Want to add more? You can optionally include any amount of another SPL token.
For Participants: We use AI to create tweets based on campaign info, post them through your X account, and schedule them between the campaign's start and end dates, following X's rules.

3. Payments & Rewards

Creators:

Pay 1 USDC to launch your campaign.
Commit at least undefined MODUL tokens for the reward pool. Optionally, add any amount of another SPL token.
From each pool, we'll use NaN% to support the Platform, and the remaining NaN% will go to participants based on their tweet scores (likes, retweets, replies, etc.).
Rewards will be distributed after the campaign ends, with a possible short delay for score calculations.

Participants:

Earn MODUL (and any additional SPL tokens, if included) based on your tweet performance. You can claim your rewards once scores are ready after the campaign is concluded.
Each claim has a NaN SOL fee to cover transaction and service costs.

4. Your Responsibilities

All Users: Follow X's rules, keep your account details safe, and use the Platform fairly.
Creators: Provide accurate campaign info and enough tokens for rewards. You're building the foundation—make it strong.
Participants: Allow us read/write access to your X account for campaign posts. Keep engagement honest—no artificial boosts.

5. Permissions & Control

Twitter Login: All users give us read access via X to confirm your identity and basic info.
Participants: To join a campaign, you'll grant us read/write access to post and schedule tweets for you.
We may adjust or remove content to fit campaign goals and X's policies.

6. Ending Participation

Creators: If you don't follow these Terms or X's rules, we may pause your campaign. You can stop anytime by closing your account.
Participants: If you break these Terms, we may pause your involvement. To leave, simply revoke our access and step away.
If X suspends or bans your account, that's outside our control, and we can't be responsible.

7. The Basics

Ownership: Tweets posted through your account belong to X's ecosystem, but we manage them for the campaign.
Our Responsibility: We provide the Platform as it is, without promises of specific rewards or uninterrupted service.
Privacy: We use your data only to run the Platform—see our Privacy Policy for more.

8. Updates to These Terms

We might update these Terms. We'll let you know about big changes, and continuing to use the Platform means you agree.
